At The Sign Maker, our wooden A-Boards and pavement signs are handcrafted in our Devon workshops by skilled carpenters. Built to last, they combine solid construction with timeless style - ideal for shops, cafés, pubs, and businesses that care about presentation.

You can choose between a natural oak frame, finished with a durable satin varnish, or a painted hardwood frame in one of our beautiful colours.

For the sign panel, we offer several options:

• Aluminium composite with vinyl lettering or a full-colour laminated print

• Painted Tricoya board for traditional painted lettering or cut vinyl lettering – an exceptionally durable, weather-resistant wood-based material

The wooden A-Board shown is our standard size, but every piece can be made to order. The example shown here features a 50mm frame, painted black with gold painted lettering, and an overall size of 925mm x 600mm.

Standard painted colours include Black, White, Farrow & Ball Lichen (light green), and Farrow & Ball Purbeck Stone (light grey). Other stock colours are available for just £5 extra.
